Mainly dry with some sunshine, isolated showers.

Today:
A rather cloudy start, the odd shower. Becoming brighter with some sunny spells developing, though isolated heavy showers may form in the west this afternoon. Mainly light easterly winds. Warm.

Tonight:
Any showers in the west will die out then it will be dry with some clear spells, though patchy mist and low cloud may form in places.

Tuesday:
Mist and patchy low cloud will clear to sunny spells, though there is still the chance of the odd afternoon shower in the west. Light winds. Warm.

Outlook for Wednesday to Friday:
Remaining settled with some long sunny or clear spells. Winds will stay light and it will be warm.

Lahinch Beach with its variety of breaks caters for novice, intermediate and experienced surfers. 5 miles further south you will find Spanish Point, another perfect surfing beach. Both are some of the best places in Europe to learn surfing with the advantage of the slower rolling Atlantic waves.
