Todays Surf Forecast for Gerrans Bay
flat , wind E/NE choppy

General Surf Situation
We still have predominantly easterly winds (offshore) on the north coast. However there is very little swell coming through and in some north coast spots the wind could flatten out little surf there is. The south coast will be choppy (and flat) on the east facing beaches and flat on the south and south west facing spots. Saturday is probably the best chance for a mellow session on the north coast with the the swell dropping off on Sunday.

Weather Forecast:
Headline:
Cloudy with showers, some heavy

This Evening and Tonight:
Staying cloudy with further showery rain this evening and overnight. Some further heavy downpours are still possible too, perhaps torrential in places. Rather misty with mainly light winds.

Saturday:

Outlook for Sunday to Tuesday:
Cloudy with rain initially on Sunday, but becoming dry during the day. Thereafter generally fine with sunny spells. Rather cool at first but temperatures then rising to around normal.

NOTE: The above data is for deep water ocean swells, and does not mean that waves at the beach will be that size or direction. It does however provide a valuable indication of the swell size, direction and winds for the next 72 hours. The most reliable indication of actual conditions is an Eyeball Surf Report, as on most of our surf report pages.
