The first of the Atlantic Coastsurf 2012 training camps took place last week on the point breaks of southern Morocco. The video below highlights some fresh emerging talent within the current British Junior melting pot. Featuring Angus Scotney, Max Payne, Alex Piper and young 12 year old ripper Liam Murray Strout.
The crew surfed head high waves throughout the week taking in all the major points slabs & beachies, looking solid both in performance & technique.
Max, 13, was really consistent in all conditions utilizing his near perfect bottom turn to create very stylish top turns.
Angus, 13, was on a mission for the bombs & always looked dangerous in the critical sections.
Liam, 12 always first in the wettie andvery often leading the way in the urchin infested rocky jump offs, showcased an exciting mix of new and old school surfing with amazing lip line flair. Alex the eldest was all about aggressive backhand power surfing!
