Last weekend the south west got it's first taste of some decent autumn waves with the remnants of Hurricane Danielle throwing up some quality swell. |

For four days the local crews, plus tons of others from across the UK who headed down there, took advantage of the really long swell period and offshore winds.
Gareth from NewquaySurfer.org was again on hand with his video camera to capture some of the action, just to make me and everyone else who missed it really jealous!
Check out this great little film he's put together, which was filmed at Fistral and features the likes of Johnny Fryer, Mitch Corbett, Mat Rodwell and James Earl getting some great waves, with barrels a-plenty!
