No I don't know but I've looking for it too. I want it to improve my Surf Camp website adding a local surf forecast where our surf camp are located.
If you find in the future this tool and you remind this please let me know it.

Does anybody know how to build a surf forecast? I'm looking for a marine forecast that I can adapt for my site.

If anybody knows where I can get a feed or API, please let me know
