A long interval groundsell showing up Tue/wed but it looks like being ay too small to surf. A better chance of a swell from Fri onwards from a big low NE of scotland.

Often cloudy with showers, some brighter spells. Mild, windy tomorrow.
Today:
Often cloudy with scattered showers, perhaps some longer spells of rain in places, but also a few bright or sunny intervals. Breezy and feeling rather chilly.
Tonight:
Dry and clear at first with winds easing down although cloud will increase again later with outbreaks of rain expected in most areas by dawn.
Tuesday:
Strong to gale force southwesterly winds developing again with outbreaks of rain and drizzle, but some drier periods as well. Becoming very mild again.
Outlook for Wednesday to Friday:
Very windy on Wednesday with gales in places, some sunny spells but also showers. Sunny spells and showers Thursday and Friday as well but becoming less windy.
